On 15 Feb 2017, I ordered 2 products i.e Crazydeal women’s Saree Order No 110008109 1) Pink & cream Rs 554 & 2) Sky blue parrot & mono Rs.649 . On opening packet on 21st Feb , I found only 1st product & 2nd was missing. I am sending mails to company helpdesk from 21st feb onwards but ans I get is “we will look into the matter and try to resolve it in 24 to 48 working hours” but nothing is done. I tried to bring to their notice their mistake by sending the bill pic which displays the weight of product. As per their discription weight of 1 saree is 0.05 kg & if both sarees packed and weighed then it has to be 0.1 kg but on bill it is 0.05 kg.that means when product was packed n weighed before shipping , weight shown was only of whatever was packed inside. 2nd thing is it was not a combo pack n I had paid shipping charges for both but still company decided to send it together made a mistake, please solve this matter.
