Dear Sir,

I purchased PEGASUS Mehendi Green Casual Sandals for Men on 25.03.2017 , ref ShopClues Order 112729515 and its delivered on 01.04.2017, but its low quality and damaged my foot and suffered heavy pain . so many times requested to return the product as per shopclues return policy but they did not accept my request for return and rejected the same.

kindly take action seriously and return the product as well as refund my amount or exchange the product with other one
