Shopclues - Le Eco 2 Cell Phone Complaint Rating:   

On 01/06/2017, I bought a Le Eco 2 mobile phone from ShopClues. I have discovered that the phone has the following problem his charger is not working & mobile has a touch proble.
I tried many times with ShopClues costumer service but he didn't solve my problem and he didn't arrange my replacement till now 09/06/2017.
please do needful as soon as possible.
