Shopclues - Ceiling Fan Complaint Rating:   

Recently i ordered for a ceiling fan from shopclues vide order i.d no. 112971087. I paid through debit card . The product was delivered in time . But after receiving the product, i found it defective. I complained before shopclues for return and refund. But they are saying that return pick up is not possible for them at my pin code (712101) though they delivered it at this particular pin code . They are saying me to send it back to their address by myself. I am a police officer and i would have to remain busy all the day. How is it possible for me to spare time to return the product by myself. I have also have address of my residence in kolkata with pin code 700033. But the company kept itself dump. Pls do the needful
