Shopclues - 4 T Shirt Complaint Rating:   

I have paid to shopclues through axis bank online banking, amounting rs.598. My bank has confirm the payment to merchent. But shopclues refuse to deliver my product even after i have paid through ECOD. MY payment ref number is IUTI5255870018. Ihave tried call shopclues but they said i have not paid to them. Please help me to get my money back either or get my product deliver. Shopclues has charged but i got no item deliver. Payment date. 4/4/17.
