Dear sir,
I am venkatesan J,from chidambaram, Tamil nadu.l have ordered redmi 3s prime mobile on 10/05/2017 at Shopaaz.com through online and paid by paytm Rs8499/- and my order no 106879. On 13/05/2017 a msg send by them and mentioned that your order cancelled and money will refund within 7 working days but still now no money received by me ,so please help me to get my money back.

Dear sir/madam I have made one payment to www.shapaaz.com Details given below Shopaaz.com order id: 101938 (Rs. 6999/-) on 05/05/2017. Order cancelled My orders are payment made by asix bank credit card (Internet banking). Sir/madam my order was cancelled and shopaaz.com replied me that my money will refunded within 5-7 days, but already 1.5 month crossed and i have not get my refund yet. How mr. Narendra modi told that this a digital india. Sir this a cheating india. I had but 1 items and made online payment. So www.shopaaz.com and www.paytm.com had eaten my money. Sir my bank statement shows that all payments are made to WWW.PAYTM.COM. Sir i need to know that how rbi gave licences to WWW.PAYTM.COM to open a bank. Paytm is a fraud and cheating company. He had eaten many people's money. It's my humbled request you please cancelled the licences of paytm bank. Please help me to get my money (Rs. 6999) back. I am waiting your respond.
