Shop101 - I Am Complaining About The Shoes. Complaint Rating:   

I was delivered with wrong shoes. These shoes are very cheap compare to the one that I ordered
When I tried contacting them they said that it will be exchanged in 4-5 business days and now they are not picking up the call . Its been 15+ days. I want to file a case against them. Please help me with the process.
