I contacted them regarding the delivery of wrong number of shoes. First they rejected my calls then when they finally picked up they refused to talk to me and spoke profanities at me and when asked for the exchange totally refused it and said do whatever you can do and refused to exchange the product.
I just want my product to be exchanged and a strict action against them so they wouldn't think of cheating their customers again.
