Dear sir, madam

I have purchased the bellow mentioned item from shop healthy

At the time of order I have mentioned my complete postal address and it assured that order will be delivered at my residential address but I parcel was collected from 25Km away from my resident as its clearly told by the courier company that either I collect it from their office or they will send it back to the seller.

I have informed the seller also but didn't get any satisfactory reply from there side also .

Other thing I would like to inform you that as along with parcel I received bill for order which is for Rs. 391 only but I have paid Rs. 633 and delivery was absolutely free . I have not received any revert even after reminder over mail.
Kindly look into the matter and guide in this regard. Bill is also attached for your ready reference.
