Screen Guard India - Mobile Case Complaint Rating:   

i have ordered case for my redmi note 4 on may 8th 2017 for 799,in spite of higher rate ordered it on screenguards.co.in. after few days case color seems to be faded.i have requested them for exchange with other case where return pick up was done on 17/6/2017 after several chats and complaints,return pickup was done , receipt is also attached as proof.And till today i haven't received my exchange product yet,tried to reach there customer care no several times which is mentioned on there website. Number always seems busy and have a default tone saying that call back will be done but since i have requested for complaint never and ever i received call from them,luckily i got connected to there number one day,where the customer care person was arrogant,he was asking in return weather the product was picked up for return from my address or not,where they dont even have idea about there return pick ups of product.its been more than two months to solve my issue.i think this e commerce company is not genuine and doing fraud attempt like this.
