I have made a payment while applying for the passport, but due to some reason the money has been detected from my account, money was not return yet . the transaction is done on 9th Feb, 2017. All the vendors are not supporting at all , the transaction has been made from Kotak mahindra bank, and payment GATEWAY is of State Bank of India. and the site is of Passport valid site.

when we try to make a support ring to State Bank of India , they are not picking up the phone and other person from passport office and kotak mahindra bank office they are just avoiding our case.

kindly take the legal action against these process, the payment is of 2000 Rs.

attached document is the mail sent to State bank of india.
