Hi,

I ordered a power bank from this site. It was mentioned that it was a samsung power bank but the received item is a non-branded one and is not even working. I tried to call them on the number mentioned but they are not picking up and not replying to my emails. I want a full refund/replacement for the defective and wrong item.
