Sarathi - Fees Paid For Learning Licence But Saying Not Pai Complaint Rating:   

I have paid the fees of online learning licence but the site is showing the message that I have not paid the online fees but I have paid by the gateway of axis bank and as a proof I am sending my passbook pic along this mail and that was the proof of online payment done by my account so plz help me to get back my money or give the learning licence (any one of them).
