Sachdeva Enterprises - Regarding Poor Service And Continous Exploitation Complaint Rating:

It is to submitt that I own a RE classic 350 model 2016 which I have purchased in october 2016. The service has been carried out by sachdeva service centre Saharanpur.
Three free service has already been done and after each service I have experienced a new issue related to my RE Classic 350.
1. After first service there was a noise while aplying rear brakes.
2. After second service there was a continous sound in shockers and rear brakes for which I have to rush to service centre and they also charged me Rs 250/- for oiling shockers (jhoola).
3. On third service I personally request them to remove the noise which came while applying rear brakes. After 10 days there was a noise again. I rushed to service centre on dated 5-03-17, spent almost 3 hours in service centre. On dated 6-03-17 the rear brakes again started making noise and I have to rush again toward the service centre.
4. Problem was not resolved and drum was changed which cost me Rs 1246/-. After 10 -12 days there was some other kind of noise coming out from chain sprocket.
Sir, I am frustrated and and fed with this kind of service. They are providing me lots of trouble as I have to go to service centre again and again.Kindly look into the matter and do needfull.
