Royal Calcutta Golf Club - Denying To Pay My Gratity Complaint Rating:

Last 5 years I was working in ROYAL CALCUTTA GOLF CLUB in post of a Shift Manager ( 29th December 2011 to 15th December 2016). I submitted my resignation on 15th December 2016 and my company issued my release letter dated on 23rd December 2016 where it mentioned that my PF and gratity will be cleare with in a month. But now my company is denying to pay my gratity and the reason they are giving that I have not completed 5yrs term, but it is few days difference. Please help me to get my gratity. I need the money very urgently. I am very helpless, please help me.

As per the rules, gratity is to be cleared with in a month after the submitting the regisition dated on 15/12 /2016., and company issued a release letter on 23/12/2016. Today 16/2/2017 no sign of gratity. Where I'm repeatedly telling that I have to clear some loans with this money. But no one in the club to give me a appropriate answer instead they are playing with my sentiment. Even after CEO of my club assured me to get my gratity.
