Hi,
I am purchased a bike from rolta bajaj kolkata kestopur branch on 19th april 2017 model v-15 after 45 days i receve msg that registration fee is deposited thn what they are doing with my money and why thet not registration fee to rto next day of purchase bike that reason my registration is late after that they tell me that i recive my bike number within 7 working days from the date of registration and i receive number via msg after that i called to registration department of rolta kestopur the lady tell me very rudely that u will receive ur number plate receipt with in 7 -10 working days from the day u receive the msg of ur vehicle number 13th june 2017 i receive that msgbut till now i m not receive my numberplate receipt when i call ms sarmistha sales reperensative she also said me apko jaha complain karna kar dijiye but mujhe phone mat kijiye before purchasing bike she called me every day sir when u r coming to purchase bike and this is after sell service of rolta bajaj shameless.
