I have taken the connection on 13th november. Installation was done by 1st december 2016 vide bill number 7384. The connection has never been right. I call the customer care every day morning and they say they will fix it in an hour. Most of the times it takes 5 to 6 hours. And this happens on a daily basis. They say they will fix it permanently, every single day, but it never happened. I paid INR16000. I would either want the connection permanently fixed or my money back.
