RMK Special Sensors - Refund Not Giving Complaint Rating:   

I paid the seller rs5000 he is not giving my money back.He said me I will recieve my money by 10 march and now he says by 12 march he will pay my money he is scamming.now I need my refund of Rs 5000 he said he can't because Paytm hasn't transferred the payment.so I need a refund from him or Paytm.He also says by 12th if he will not transfer he will file consumer on paytm.i saw his ad of iPhone 7 on this link which he has removed https://m.ebay.in/itm/Apple-iPhone-7-Plus-Jet-Black-128GB-/262880455925?hash=MQ==.
