I have booked the tour of Masoorie with Ritual Holiday, sales person Navin Bhagwani Operator by Naresh & Vijay.Tour amount 18500 facility deluxe room,2 days breakfast and dinner,they guys suggest me hotel -Dewdrop classic fall resort masoorie,Travel start date 06th_Oct_19 03:00AM and return 08th_Oct_19 11:00PM.after reached there hotel person provide me standard room like third type room/Dirty/non Facility.when i asked to Naresh and complaint him he denied for change any hotel and he did not full fill his commitement even denied for return my money,when i called to Owner he did also denied for help,i was totally stuck in masoorie and with me my wife and under 3 year baby on that time i was unable to do any thing but this travel agency was totally happy bcause he got the money 18500 Rs.Ritual holiday PVT LTD is cheater/fraud travel agency,they guys are trapper.packaged book detail are Profile ID RH1005 Booker name Vikas Kumar Address from Jamia Milia Delhi 110025
