I have invested in project cloud 9, vaishali, ghaziabad. They assured they will complete the project in 2015 but in 2017 there is commitment from company when they will give the possession.
Please intervenue and help the investors to return the money or provide the property.

Initially they were saying they have all the approvals from the ghaziabad authority but later we get know they are lack of approvals which cause more delay in projects.

Chitranjali i am in great loss as i am living on rent as well as paying my installments of loan, builder said he will give penalty amount i.e 10 per sq ft per month , but i really need this amount monthly to pay my rent but he is also denying dis money monthly , they have nothing to do except giving next date of possession each and everytime, from in my first visit date given by them was-june 2016 next visit-nov-2016 next-march 2017 next- june 2017 next-dec2017 next- march 2018(which was final as per their excuses next- june 2018 and onward, this is limit, return our full money with interest

Chitranjali i totally agree with this, they should refund our money, every time i visit they given extended date of possesssion with lots of excuses, we should complaint in customer forum together,.

Chitranjali they are very slow in progress, there is also a penalty clause in which builder will pay rs.10/ sq. ft/month, at the time of possession but we need this money now as we are paying rent from june 2015( the date of possesssion), so they have to pay this penalty amount monthly instead of paying at the time of possession so that we can get some relief. altogether we have already made whole payment stil we are sufferring few days back they said they will give posseion in march 2017, now the say it will be not possible before november 2018, they should refund our money.
