I would like to bring this to your notice that I worked for the company named Rexim InfoTech Pvt Ltd. (same owner previously Ample Business Solution). Our employer who is also the CEO of the company (Sudhir Kumar Shukla) is NOT giving the legitimate regular monthly salary on time to some Employees from past 6 months.
On continuous requests and follow up he either used to pay partial salary or skipped the salary for the month stating that he will pay the same the next month. This ordeal is being experienced by me and my colleagues, since July 2016 to December 2016. In the month of January 2017 he stopped my salary completely.
Every month he paid the partial salary and that too around 2nd or 3rd week of the month and when asked why, he has been giving excuses that he is trying to arrange money.
I have been asking for the salary again and again and even pleaded. Yet there is no response from his end. I am the only earning person in my family and him not paying the salary, I am unable to pay my House Rent, take care of the monthly expenses and the pay the monthly Rs-9000 EMI for the loan I took from Bank.
I realized that he is cheating both government and the employees by not paying PF amount which he has been deducting from our salaries. He didn’t even create the PF account but every month there is a PF deduction that I saw in my pay-slip.
I called Sudhir Kumar Shukla (CEO) so many times and even messaged him many times but he did not receive my calls neither did he reply to my messages.
Recently it so happened that he received my call and when asked about the salary whereabouts, he started giving excuses and stated that he has paid me more money than the salary.
I have sent my resignation Email and have served 2 months’ notice period as per company policy but the company didn't accept my resignation and I am being given vague reasons.
Now, if I need to join another company the standard procedure would involve me giving the relieving letter and experience letter from this company. To my misfortune, this company is not even providing me the same. Neither the company has shared with me last 3 months pay-slip which means the company is blocking my future and playing with my career.
I need your esteem help so that necessary and needful action is taken against the company and its CEO on this matter as soon as possible to release the payment, so that we survive peacefully.
