I ordered and made my payment on 8-02-2016. I called them many times most of them which they didn't receive. And whenever they hardly pick they give different reasons, first reason was that it was out of stock and asked to wait for few months, later after waiting for more than six (6)months they said it was stuck on costume and so waited for few more months and lately they said they would refund as they don't have the item. Now it's been more than a year and they won't receive my calls. My Invoice number is 126801. I want my entire payment back. So I request your esteemed authority to kindly help me get my refund please.
