Reliance Trends - Online Delivery Of Wrong Apparell
I purchased an apparel ( off white hooded sweatshirt xxl from netplay) online worth Rs 1199 as the size i needed was not available in the physical store and the sales executives suggested i buy it online. Now when i received the package the delivery person collected the complete amount however the product inside the package was not the one i had paid for instead it was some small T- shirt. Ever since then i have been trying to resolve the matter with the customer care department though it had been impossible to communicate as every minute the call drops in between conversation. Its only when i approached the Incharge of online department Ms Aastha Raheja that i started getting call backs from the customer care executives.
In my communication to Aastha i had very clearly mentioned that since i have paid cash for the product i never received, i would only be able to accept either cash refund or the actual product i had paid for. Though the team is constantly trying to persuade me to either take the refund in the form of credit points or a wire transfer both of which are absolutely unacceptable for me. Its extremely sad that a reputed company like yours have such a poor handling of customer greviances . The most thirdclass online shopping site in the history of online cloth shopping, complete cheats and frauds making money by directly cheating customers.
