Hello I have purchased a symphony air cooler from reliance digital showroom from Shivam Road Hyderabad branch

I requested for air cooler which the provide the cooling air

As per the requested they suggested for symphony air cooler it provide cool air
For demo they have shown me the cooler provide air where I asked them it's not providing cool air they said sir u have to put on water in it so us provide cooling air

We're after purchasing I have put in on with sufficient water in it but it's not at Providing a cool air with 12 hours I completed to the shoowroom manager regarding this
But no response at all


I request you to please see case I don't won't this cooler as its not providing cool air
Request you to change the product

As miss guiding that it's provide cool air where no cool air at all
