Reliance Retail Limited - Air Conditioner Complaint Rating:
I purchased a Carrier Air conditioner from Reliance digital on 17/04/2017. First, they have displayed wrong product for sale( Carrier Duraedge K+) and sent me a different model (Carrier Duraedge) which actually confused me so I have to call up Reliance digital and the sales person said that he sent me the latest model for which I have to call the Area Sales Manager and I spoke with then he assured me that the model which I took is the latest model released in the year 2016.
After couple of days 3 technicians came and installed the unit for which they have not put the socket and directly put the connection with wires in the plug point. Now the second part is they have not installed the Stabiliser because of which I was not able to use the product from the day I purchased and been a week since the day I purchased. When I called the technician he said he assumed that AC doesn't need the stabiliser and that's the reason they have not asked my elderly parents who doesn't know what is what? I have been calling the technicians from the past 3 days and there is no positive response from the sales person or the Showroom manager M. Appalaraju even he didn't respond to our plight even after repeated calls explaining the situation. This is actually not a very good service from reliance digital. So, 1) wrong product displayed in the showroom and sent a different model and confused the customer. 2) Inappropriate or let's say incomplete technical work that's installation. 3) Not responding to our plight on time. Hence, I request you to take up this issue on priority basis and sort it out please. It has caused a lot of inconvenience to us. Thanks.
