Respected sir/ ma'am,
This is regarding Mr. Ashraf who works in reliance digital store in rammurthy nagar, Bangalore.
The poor lad has no sense of speaking to a customer whatsoever .
He is completely unaware of the company's policies and procedures.
He had given us a list of documents that would be needed to buy a television on EMI. We met all the criteria as stated .
In spite of that he made us run back to our home twice for further documents.
Not blaming him and understanding the process we kept our cool .
But finally after making us wait for almost an hour he told that we could not have the TV on EMI.
This made us very unhappy .
Following this he also got into an argument and used foul language .
This poor customer service led us to buy the same product from another competitor.
Please look into the issue .
A dissatisfied and angry customer is not something you are looking for.
