Reliance Digital, Bansdroni, Kolkata 700070, sold me a defective 1 ton whirlpool split ac on 13/09/2017. I had selected a LG and Daikin machine, but the salesperson Mr. Soumabho and the PR manager informed me that they cannot deliver either of the machines before 48 hrs. I had a medical emergency @ home and required the machine to be delivered and installed the same day. Taking advantage of my unfavourable condition they left me with no choice but to purchase the whirlpool ac. After installation the service person informed me that I have been sold an ac with defective remote. I informed the store immediately and they send Mr. Samir Biswas with a replacement remote. Which was also not working. After 48hrs, today a person from service centre came to check the problem and after through check up he said that the ac indoor unit is defective. When I called the store they did not respond. Later a personnel from the service centre connected me to the PR lady of the store, who denied to take any responsibility and misbehaved.
Sir, I place a complaint against Reliance Digital and their staffs, of miselling, negligence, forgery and mental harassment. I request immediate action against the aforementioned store and personnel named and compensation of replacing this defective ac with the ac of my choice (LG 1ton 5star/ Daikin 1ton 5star)ac,at no extra cost.
