This is to bring under your notice that,
on FEB08,2017, at 07.08 pm I called up from my Prepaid Mobile 9312214065(Reliance Communication Ltd) to 7428192883,which is local no. , but in between talking, my phone got disconnected, and I received a massage that Rs. 100/- got deducted from my main balance, I suddenly called up your call centre, after making lot of efforts, I finally able to speak to Mr. Ravi(call centre executive), he started arguing ,on the matter and he says that he is helpless to any solution,, then he put me to his Senior Chintu Kumar- where he also said the same and advised to go to nearest reliance store for solution",
but it was told to me that i was charged as ISD calling
I requested them to at least book a complaint , but they were rigid not to do so.
And after mailing no. of times I have informed by the various executives , that my complaint is write , but they are helpless as there system is not accepting the mistake
Hence I request you to pl. see into the matter as no. of customer may not even noticed in there balances, that such activities may also be done with there balance
hence I request you to pl. get REFUNDED MY RS.100/- WHICH GOT DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT BALANCE,
