Reliance Communications Ltd - I Am Complaining About Change In Base Plan For My Existing Number Complaint Rating:   

Hello Sir,
I am using reliance communications SIM from last 5 years. Reliance representative called me for upgrading my SIM from 3g to 4g without any charge and without changing my Existing base plan. But now my base plan is change. For the matter i called reliance customer care. But they are not ready to change it to previous plan only. Also i mailed them for matter, but i have not received any reply from them.please find attached photo for mailing detail.
