Reliance Communications Ltd - Bill Dispute Chnage Of Plan Complaint Rating:   

My Mobile Number 9387077701 want to port with other company. When I approach Reliance they telling a huge amount is pending because of plan change with out my permission. It is absolutely cheating with customer. When I complaint the same they are saying that now you pay full amount and they will deduct the amount in next month. Why it so. Why should I pay the amount which was charged without I permission. They have to deduct the amount and issue new bill.
