Redbus - Sudden Cancel The Bus And Refund Not Credited Complaint Rating:   

Sir,
I am Jitendra Chauhan serving in Army.
I have booked online ticket from redBus on 16 Mar 2017 to travel from Ahmednagar to Ahmedabad, journey date is 21 Mar 2017.
On 21 Mar 2017, When I reached the boarding location which has been sent by them, the owner of the travels informed me about cancellation of bus. Then I asked him to get back my refund he told me to contact redBus. I request redBus to refund it soon. Then I got the ticket number TK4F34979452 with respect to my email, he assure me to refund amount of Rs.1450/- which was processed on 21st March 2017 and it may take up to 7 Bank working days to refund my money but it is almost 22 days passed. I didn't get refund till now.
