Redbus - NON-REFUND OF CANCELLED BUS TICKET AMOUNT Complaint Rating:   

Refund of Rs. 1048.30 against cancelled bus ticketTicket no: TJB998672862
PNR no: TS-RB34912572OSQ/136426 from Ooty to Bangalore not yet received in my Bank account through I have provided bank details to Red bus as asked by them. Even after lapse of more than 5 months I have not received the amount and the Red Bus is kept my amount illegally despite my several request. Even they are not ready to reply to my last reminder dated 09/01/2017. I have no faith on RED Bus as they are reluctant to return the public money.
Please do needful for getting my amount back.
