i booked bus ticket from bangalore to trivandrum(kerala on 13/12/2016 through redbus in kallada suresh trvels tin no,tjd863325735, ored 1340786 and remitted amount of rs.1666.25 . but on 13/12/2016 at about 1600 hours, travel agent informed that journey ticket was cancelled due to bus was cancelled due to bad weather/administrative reasons. but only rs.550/- was refunded. whereas there is no fault on our side, the journey ticket was cancelled by travel agencey , as such full amount should be refund. request remit balance amount at the earliest.
