Redbus is come up with new offer 6AM check in & check out would be 10 AM next for one night stay.
Confirmation voucher & Ticket I got from redbus the hotel phone number was invalid hence I called redbus support , executive said no need to confirm if you chosen offer of 6 AM check in hotel . Since you have invalid phone number of hotel we will call them & inform the same .

When I reached hotel at 6AM Hotelier denied the same & even hi doesn't aware about 6AM offer.
In the early morning 6 AM I called redbus support and inform the same , executive over phone was telling me to pay extra amount and we will refund it to you.
I told him I don't have extra money to pay & why you asking me for extra money he said there is no other option right now . Then he said we will arrange alternate for you wait for 15 minutes our goibibo support team will call you & guide you for alternate .
But I didn't get any call .

What to do ?
I want strong action against both hotel & redbus as both are guilty , they offered me something and didn't did .
