Hi , we had our dinner then asked for the bill , when we checked the bill they charged 10% service charge on the bill , when we asked them that service is not necessary as per government rule but they said we have written this on our menu that we will charge 10% service charged , they i argued to the manager showing the same on google that government has taken this decision that service charge is not compulsory but the manager is so rude and he started getting rude with us , as m with my wife and my cousins so we paid the amount and left from there , this is something forcing people to pay service using their power. Had attached the proof of the bill . Doing this coz if u will take some action then might be rest people will not pay extra there .. and expecting my money back which is not necessary to pay by any consumer.
