i have purchased a moto g plus 4th on 4th oct 2016 due to offer for 10% cash back on HDFC credit card . till today after 10 times of regular quiry i did not get cash back . whenever i call to amazon cc , got single readymade reply i will call you and you will get your cash back within 48 to 72 hours . but till today as i spoke to cc ,their 48 and 72 hours did not complete .my order number is

sir i have called to amazon cc almost 10 times . and after calling 10 times and afetr completion of six months there is no response and np cash back .
