I purchased mobile phone Sony xa1 on 10 /05/2017 online after that I received that phone on 15/05/2017
by courier. After using that phone the camera is not working properly. So I went to service center on
19/05/2017, they checked my phone and they said that the problem with the software. Next day they called
me to check the camera but after checking the problem still persist. So I did not take the phone from
service center and that phone is still in JAMSHEDPUR Sony service center. JOB NO-W117052000975
pls resolved my problem
