Hi, this is Anand, I brought a frock for my daughter from reputed showroom in last month and after one time use, I gave to dry wash at Rainbow Dry Cleaners, Chandanagar, Hyderabad.
While they take dress, they charged 180 rupees for extra care for dress material at time of wash.
But now they damaged the dress material and telling they are not responsible. We wait for their feedback for 15 days, but didn't get any and when we call they are shouting on us.
We are sure, the dress is damaged because improper care at wash time or press time.
