Quikr India Pvt Ltd - Refurbished Mobile Phone Complaint Rating:   

I bought refurbished mobile(good condition, with 6 months warranty and replacement) from quikr paying them about 15500, but product is defective.
I complained them same day on call as well as on email.They have replacement warranty of 7days, it's already been 5 days, I have called them 3 time, mailed them 3 times along with pictures and video as evidence. But I haven't got any reply from them , not even acknowledgement mail for registering complain. Every time I call them, they say our department is working on same and will respond you today, this is happening for last 5 days.

Complain:

1. Poor physical condition of the phone.
Full of scratches. On back panel and edges.
2. Charger provided doesn't support the phone.
2. Seller send the developer os
Not able to perform essential functions, such as
- changing wallpaper
- setting alarm
- using blackberry blend
3. Poor battery performance.
It took 10hours to charge till 80%, and drained out all in 5 hours without using the phone.
4. They sent me selfie stick instead of Bluetooth headset
5. No headphones were provided with the phone
