Puraniks Aldea Builder - Flate Complaint Rating:   

I have canceled the flat no 402 due to wrong comitment given by builder senior sales people about size and not given proper loading idea..i have paid one lakh rupees.now its about 4-5 month they are not responding and they are saying 20% they will deduct as a cancelation charges.while booking they have not given any receipt as well as not told about deduction if i will cancel.i have called them 100 times mr.praful kayal who is manager he never pikup my call and even no boddy is responding to our call.when ever i call to Mr.Girish who is sales excutive is just saying will call u tomarrow will call you tomarrow.they are saying will refund 80000 once flate will be solde to other buyer.i have send mail 3 month back to Mr.Paful kayal and Mr.sunny they have not given proper responce.i told them if you are not will to refund my money will go to consumer court.they are saying you can go ahead.very bad experiance from this builder.i would not sugest anyone to go with this builder.Mr.praful kayal mobile number is:9225502131
