I order a watch from Amazon ( order no 405-2492317-8715539) on 20th March 2017 through debit card (Punjab national bank)and return it .Amazon refunded my money ₹21995 on same debit card on 23 March 2017 but till today money is not visible in my account . Amazon given me refund reference number - 75260827083012457142709 and told me to charge dispute against pnb bank. But when I called Punjab national bank customer care there executive told me they can't help me regarding this transection ,and also told me there are nothing like charge dispute service available in pnb . Same behaviour I received from branch manager . He also have no information . I contacted consumer court and my complaint number is 219030 . I haven't received any satisfactory information from anywhere . I mailed recent updated passbook snapshot to Amazon also but Amazon only saying they had refunded my money .Bank don't have any info and also bank don't want to check all this process . I m so helpless now. This is the status of Punjab national bank .No customer care and branch manager want to help me.
