Puma India - Shoes Complaint Rating:   

I order puma shoes online and were told the shoes will be delivered in 10 working days.

I have odered it on 16th April2017 till 27 no own bothered to look at status or email if delayed.
After calling on 26th April..They say they can't see the status of order and will update in 24 hours.No call in 24 hours when called back they say oder not yet dispatched. . Pathetic customer care. NOW THEY SAY WE ESCLATED AND WILL BE DELIVERED. NO CARE TO CALL THE CUSTOMER TO SAY SORRY.
