Projectorwatches - Wrong Product Delivered Complaint Rating:   

I've bought the Projector watch and it turn up to be a toy with the LED light showing time. However, I tried to contact the customer care but no reply from them. I wanted to return the watch and get my money back. I was expecting it to be a Projector watch as show in the description of the watch and I was very much disappointed by its outcome. I've checked for the returning the product process and I didn't find any and tried communicating with the company on email and was no reply. I am not sure if the product is not genuine they why do they atleast promote the product. They did not send me any mail of confirmation that my product has been approved or dispatched or shipped. I directly got a message from the courier service stating your product will be delivered today. and I received the product and found it to be fake.
