Prassanna Purple - Service Complaint Rating:

I booked prassana by the experience of my selfwith prassana even I have lots of options to travell from pune to nagpur with seat no with 16 , on dated 29th of June 2017 , timing 06:35 PM, PNR: 61231230, pick up from Wagheshwar parking, Pune, with bus no MH-14-CW-4191 & Prassanna service provider msg me to report before 30 mts. But when I reach at point their was no any guy present for reporting just the office was open , after few minutes later some budy came and seat on their official chair at timing 6:40 PM, when I ask them about timing of bus they clearly told me that them also don't know it may be come later or early of 7 PM or early, according to his opinion I kept my bag in their office and get out for walk in parking for toilet and for smoke , but at the same time bus came and just turn around in the parking at that time I was near the parking gate when I saw the bus no I rememberd this is my bus and I ran towards bus in the parking area I flag my hand to bus and told driver and sweeper to just stop the bus and wait for few second I have to take my bag, at the same time I was even talking with their officer on cell for stopping bus, but no buddy responding me, when I reach to office even after few steps and take bag the bus was at the parking gate but driver doesn't stop the bus even their officer don't do any try for stop bus and he suggested me to travel in next bus which was at 8:30 PM with seat no 21 , even I paid for 6:35 PM with 16 No seat. I don't need any refund for but I wish to take appropriate action against whatever happens and service.
