Positive Homeopathy a chain of homeopathy treatment centre across Hyderabad and Secunderabad had assured me of treatment and cure my HypoThyroidism.
Firstly there has been no change in my condition even after three months of treatment.
Secondly upon my several requests also they are not giving me any prescriptions of any medicines being given to me. This is against the right of a patient who has every right to know what medicines are being given and also to take a second opinion of any other Doctor.on the treatment
They have charged me for treatment of one full year in advance.
After I started insisting on getting prescription and an email id on which I can communicate with them as a written record they have abruptly stopped my treatment and stopped sending me medicines and stopped calling me for reminding me of my monthly appointment
What should I do now please help
