Plannmytrip - Tour Complaint Rating:   

I have booked a tour for goa on call by Plannmytrip. In its ac i have paid 10000 rs advance booking amount. When i aksed for invoice they have given it after numerous call and that too is fake with no authentic details. In it not even company GST NO is there after many call when i ask for authentic invoice no response is given so i cancelled my booking and after cancellation they have given the mail that the cancellation request is processed will contact u with in 36 hours even after 9 days no response is given. After calling thousand times on 10th day they have given another mail that refund will come in 21 days according to policy. The company and its people are totally fraud. Still no refund is there.
