We cancelled our tour looking at the bad weather conditions. Which they never informed us. After cancelling the tour they took 50% of the cancellation charges from us. Also did not share the break up of those charges. Avinash jhangiani said those are his private emails and he cannot share them with us. He charged us 57000/- as cancellation. And we refused to give us the calculation and documented proof for the same. He kept saying that he cannot produce a proof of cancellation of our tour. I have recorded the entire conversation.
