sir. i am joydeb Ghatak,retd as assist security commissioner/RPF booked with Subhankar Das tour operator named as Piasee Bhaman, Behala 14 no,kolkata for kashmir tour scheduled on oct 2016 but tour was cancelled, i send him sms messages time & again & talked with him repeatedly dt 14/09/2015, 09/01/2017, 11 1, 12,13, 15/01/17 to refund my booking money Rs 3000, but he denied to refund his m no is 9903798996 name Subhankar Das pl see i get refund my money. This is clear case of beach of trust & cheating
