We had logged a complaint vide request THA 2109170384 which was done 21st Sept for a 40inch television as the picture was distorted. Prior to this we had sent emails which was never responded to. Then comes a technician in his glory n apparently the television works then. We ask him to wait for a while but he asked to send a video on the mobile if the problem persists n he will look into it. As we thought it conked off when left. My husband sent the video as advised by him but they was no resolution. We had asked him not to close the call but he still closed the call without our consent. We again complained n another guy appears after lots of follow up. He checks the TV n confirms the picture tube is gone n will have to get it replaced. He mentions that he will do ones the required piece comes in n he again disappears. After a lot of follow we get through him n he says the TV is required to be sent to the service centre n hence the issue is pending. If that was required he should have done it in the first instance. The our TV is taken which is now over 2 weeks no reverts. After again following up they say the whole TV has to be replaced. So far no one is responded. The guys don't bother to answer call
