I bought Philips essential epilator...

The blade of the product started malfunctioning. .. I complained about the same to the company...
The gave me the no. Of local service centre...
When I went there they denied me of the service saying there is no guarantee for the blade... it needs to be replaced and I'll have to pay for the same...
Product provides 2 years guarantee and it is also not mentioned anywhere that there is no guarantee for the blade...
The product is quiet expensive and replacement of the blade is also quiet dear....
I request to please look into this matter...
